Orders take 3 - 10 business days to process, some products may take longer depending on our manufacturers. Delays are inevitable due to the nature of the Korean fashion market and can be delayed for up to 20 business days. Please kindly understand that Mrktplace does not offer cancellations due to these delays.

We assure you that we will do everything we can to deliver your orders as fast as possible. In case of delays, please know that we are working our best to get your orders out. Please keep this in mind and order well in advance from the date you need the items, to ensure they arrive in time!

A tracking code will be sent to you via email once your order is shipped.

We charge a flat fee of $15 SGD for orders in Singapore and $30 SGD for international orders. Shipping fee will be calculated at checkout accordingly.

All orders take 3 - 15 business days for shipping, excluding processing timeframe.

Shipping varies depending on location, shipment method and other factors, certain regions may take longer. If your package does not arrive within 10 business days from shipment, please contact our customer service center.

As our products are from Korea, we have 2 (two) shipment points - (1) Korea and (2) Singapore. (1) Direct shipping from Korea to your shipment address or (2) Korea to Singapore warehouse sorting point to your shipment address. You don't have to worry about this as the shipment points will be automatically assigned by us.

This will not affect your shipping costs.

We always aim to make sure our customers love our products. All efforts will be made to carefully inspect your items before shipping out to you.

Due to the nature of our service as an intermediary platform to bring Korea's fashion district straight to you, returns/exchanges are currently not allowed as orders are placed solely for each customer. However, if you do face any issue with your order or your items are unfortunately damaged during transit, we are happy to help.

When a product you ordered is sold out, we will refund the amount to your credit card and notify you via your registered e-mail address. This means that your product is sold out from the market and is no longer available for shipping.

Due to the fast-paced fashion industry in Korea, popular products quickly sell out. We try our best to notify our customers as soon as possible and update our system frequently to prevent such cases. However, these instances are inevitable at times as we run a zero-inventory system to offer better prices to our customers. We sincerely apologise for such inconvenience and seek your understanding.
